Worst yoga experience ever - BY FAR. If there was a way to rate this less than ""eh"" I would... Theresea - the teacher refused to shake my hand upon entering class, wouldn't make any eye contact with me the entire time I was there, and assisted everyone in the classroom but made certain to skip over me when she got to me. I have been practicing yoga for a couple years in Orlando and am fully involved in the entire yoga community - which Orlando has a WONDERFUL, loving, and inspirational yoga community - truly has changed my life in so many ways. Through all my conversations with yogis and instructors alike I have found the majority have had similar experiences as I did - the atmosphere is full of ego from insturctors, cold, and unwelcoming to newcomers. I went into the class with an open mind but will definitely not be returning - I don't know how this studio is voted best in Orlando. Go anywhere in Orlando but here... I would hate for newcomers in Orlando or even to yoga experience this and think it is the best we have to offer... This studio has completely closed itself off to the rest of the yoga community and to have as bad a reputation as they do amongst all the other studios and instructors speaks volumes. It is their loss... don't waste your time or money on this ego filled, negative, un-yogic experience.
