My experience with Enterprise on E. Colonial Dr was exceptional. I received prompt curteous service with a smile. The service agents Kristin and James treated me as though I was family. I was even offered a ride home. No other car rental company has ever offered me this additional service. They went beyond their scope of work to make sure that I was completely satisfied, which I was. Thank you Kristin and James for the Awesome service that I received. 5 Stars for this Enterprise location.
