I have been taking all my pets to Dr. Hart for the past 13 yrs. In response to the reviewer that thought the staff was unfriendly, what you are mistaking for lack of friendliness is just being very busy. They are super busy, but do a very thorough job. If they were to take the time to stop and chat with each pet owner, they would not have the time to care for the many animals they see each day.\r

Dr Hart has been sensitive and caring to my animals. She will give advice and take the time needed to correctly diagnose the problem. Several of my friends take their animals to Dr Hart and are very appreciative that they have her as a vet. \r

I can't say enough good things about her and her staff. If I were ever to move, I feel it would be tough to find anyone who compares with them. Accept the fact that they are busy and very business- like and will give your pet the benefit of having a very competent place to go when they are ill. (The DNA testing is very accurate, btw.
