we just arrived back from a family cruise, it was wonderful. my agent (Major) at the cruise agency got us all sorts of goodies onboard. our friends who were with us booked online and did not have any. I was sceptical at first using this agency but so glad I did. The mgr paulette went over and above for us.
Pros: the new owners got us great perks
Cons: closed on Sundays
