This was a horrible experience and waste of money. The clothes look great in the store, but don't go by the cleaning instructions on the tags. If you don't want to have all of it dry cleaned, don't buy it! Colors faded; pants shrank....and instructions were followed to the letter and then some. The store clerks are sticky sweet when you're there to shop and spend, but try returning something and they become ice queens. Even the store manager doesn't know her own return policy and was so rude it was unbelievable. I'll never step foot in a Chico's store again or even buy the brand at a discount store. I got my full refund, but only after contacting the corporate office and filing a complaint. No apology was received. I wish now that I had returned the entire purchase. I don't want to see that brand in my closet.?
