My husband called a week prior to us coming into San Antonio on a cross country duty station transfer to California. We own a 2010 345S Everest fifth wheel. We were in need of a new switch harness for our landing gear. My husband spoke with Al in the Service Dept. He said he could get the harness for us no problem. We came into San Antonio, after a week of being in San Antonio, my husband spoke with him on a total of 4 occasions about us picking this up, and he waited until our last day before us leaving for him to tell us he basically sat on his butt and never even attempted to order the part. Then referred us to another business. I called back and asked for the owner, Al said he can't give that information out. He also told me that he just answers phones (first lie) so I asked for someone in Sales, because I knew Al was telling me a lie. I then got Denny Perkins, who I asked the same questions to, and he gave me same run around. Then all of a sudden he became the General Manager and Sales Manager. He got my name and number and said he would give us a call back, and still I have not received a phone call resolving this matter. We are reporting your company to the BBB and writing negative reviews online and have also contacted Keystone about your company. This is the letter that we wanted to send to the company via their website, but just like their whole business, it was broken and wouldn't allow us to submit it. Cons: service/parts/management more
