I recently went to Swift and don't have anything good to say about my visit. I watched two employees argue about who was going to fuel my plane. I fly a Lear 35 so both of them should of fueled it. After the argument one guy begrudgingly brought a fuel truck over to me. He took forever and had a poor attitude. He said nothing to me after he was done and quickly took off. I expressed my concern inside about this. The lady was nice to me, but didn't care that I was treated rude by the other staff. She said something like ""Oh Well, We all have out bad days""
I haven't been to Swift in a few years before this but use to go to there all time and never really had a problem. I guess this place has just gone downhill
Pros: Been there in the past and had great experiences
Cons: MY recent visit was very unprofessional
