I wouldn't be able to speak to their actual salon services, because the receptionist at Actaea Works could not find our appointments. Regardless of the fact that I could tell her the exact day I made them, she made no attempt to fit us in or yield an apology.
I work in the service industry myself, and I understand the failures of technology and human error at times. However, I was upset and disappointed that the receptionist did nothing about the mix up. With all the other high quality establishments in Shorewood and the North Shore, I will not be returning to Actaea Works.
Pros: Good location, professional appearance
Cons: Rude receptionist, awful customer service
