We unfortunately had the starter on our toyota landcruiser (wouldn't start at all) wear out on our trip to Black Butte Ranch. Bryan at Van Handel was able to diagnose over the phone and get us in the next day; he also was able to make it so we could start the car and drive in to town instead of having to get towed. I checked online and confirmed his diagonisis and also compared pricing and he was competitive. Friendly, responsive and professional. They will be my first choice if needed in the Sisters/Bend area again.
