The owner of this place is an awful person. The apartments have a great view, but it was hard to accept with the expensive rent (~$1,300/month) and the rodents (the marsh is beautiful but you have to be comfortable with the wildlife).
I caught 5 mice within 7 months of living there and decided enough was enough. After coming to an AGREEMENT with the office, they gave me a series of ridiculous fees to end my contract. All in all, they pretty much stole $5,000 grand from me for a rodent problem that they should have fixed on their own. My attorney and I are in the process of handling the situation, but this isn’t fun…Actually, it really sucks. Avoid the heartache and explore the area around. There are several other great places within 7 minutes of driving. I’m sure any other apartment complex in the area will ultimately treat you better then the Executive Team of Waterstone Place Apartments.
