My wife and I recently purchased two cars from Jim Reed Hyundai and for the most part had a very good experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. Everything that was promised was provided and our sales rep was great to work with. These guys are a little different in that the sales rep plays a relatively small role in the actual sale of the car. He or she shows the car and the actual negotiations are conducted with a sales manager. There is less back and forth for approval, but also the sales person is not able to answer as many questions. They are sort of out of the loop so-to-speak. As we work with the service department I will revise this rating as necessary.
