I'm so used to dealing with painful, sub-par service and ridiculous pricing. Castle Ink was really a breath of fresh air. I received the right ink at the right time for the right price. I have no complaints at all. I recommend Castle Ink to anyone in need of their product. As for me, I will be a return customer. I won’t point any fingers, but the competition could surely stand to take a few notes.
