Southfield Chrysler Jeep performed a safety inspection for a vehicle that I was considering buying. Only had it done at their shop out of convenience as the private dealer we were buying from was close by. After calling around to Chrysler dealerships in northern Oakland Co., I found out I was charged $221 for the same service Palace Jeep would have done for $65 and Meadowbrook Dodge/Chrysler would have done for $105. I feel Completely ripped off by Southfield. I am contacting Chrysler corporate with my complaint and urge others to do the same.
