I'm getting married and visited The Paperia in Chestnut Hill with my mom to get some ideas for invitations, save the dates, etc. We went to the back of the store where they do custom invites and asked the woman working back there if we could see some samples for wedding invitations. Her response was condescending and completely rude as she asked, ""What do you mean? You want to place an order?"" I was so taken aback at how she looked at us and greeted/responded to us, that I responded with a no, and that I wanted to see EXAMPLES of wedding invitations that they have (it must have been a new concept for her apparently?). She then responded in her same snobbish, rude way and pointed to the wall and said ""there's samples over there."" I was so horrified by how she treated my mom and me that I walked right out. NEVER will I go there ever again, and I will continue to spread the word that they have the complete opposite of any type of customer service and treat potential new customers, that are willing to spend quite a bit of money, like crap (there's no other word to decribe it)!!! If I could give it zero stars, I certainly would.
