Ricky Ballantyne was GREAT. My husband first dealt with him on line then on the telephone. He was straight forward and no nonsense. He quoted us a price and was willing to work with us. He not only found the car I wanted but delivered it to my home and picked up my trade in!!!! WOW.. I was so surprised how easy it was.
