Very disappointed in the customer service. My daughter made arrangements by telephone to have a bridesmaid fitting with the bride today. (She lives in New York) The lady behind the counter told her she did not have an appointment and could not be fitted. The lady suggested to take the dress back with her to New York to get it hemmed. (Kind of hard to take it back on a plane!) She only decided to fit her in when the bride's mother came in the store and I told her that we have to take the dress around the corner because she did not have an appointment and they could not fit her in.
