Arrival time and repair of leaking pipe was very good. Cleanup was poor, I had to vacuum debris after plumber left. Although job was not done by the hour, hourly cost was approximately $233 an hour. Plumber cut a 27" x 10" hole in the ceiling (about 3 minutes). Plumber left premises to get parts (about 15 minutes), returned and replaced a leaking Quest fitting. Labor cost was $350. WAY TOO MUCH for the work done!! I do not recommend Rotorooter and I will definitely not use their services again.
