Everything was pleasant while we were coordinating and meeting with Vogue staff re: our October 2010 wedding order. However, on the day of the wedding, the bridesmaids bouquets were the WRONG COLOR (bright pink instead of burgundy red), the corsages fell apart before the mothers & readers left the church, and Vogue delivered the wrong flowers to the bakery for the cake -- which made the cake wrong. They also didn't bring proper materials to hang the wreaths on the church door (Univ of Richmond - which they had said they had been to hundreds of times) so my photographer used bridesmaid dress straps to rig them up. When we contacted them after the wedding regarding these problems, the staff were rude and actually said "we knew the bridesmaids bouquets were too light but we though it'd be okay." Eventually we got a partial refund, but we would NOT recommend.
