I'm not sure what has happened to this business, but they used to be good. I was hit last October and insisted my car go to Service King. We've had body work done there in the past and had no complaints. The work they did was less than acceptable, and I had to take my car back 3 times for them to finally get it right. Now, a year later, my rear quarterpanel has moved and is now underneath the edge of the bumper. The bumper is cracking and peeling. It looks awful. Unfortunately I have moved out of Texas, so I can't return the car and make them fix it. My advice is look elsewhere. Their business practices have definitely went downhill, and they are very difficult to work with if you're not happy from the beginning.
