Very poor customer service and poor ethics. My membership was moved over from 24 Fitness and it was a disaster. I haven't lived in Davis for many years and they kept charging my credit card. When I called and complained, the representative told me ""I need to take responsibility for my own actions"" and blamed it on me. When I said I would write a letter to the Better Business Bureau, she said it didn't matter because they weren't members. What a disappointing customer service experience. more
