What a sinking feeling I have after reading that your hair appointment experience was terrible and relects so poorly on my entire life's work as a dedicated Coach for children. Even though our primary business is dedicated to serving children in sports and activites, I want you to know that both Aimee and I care very much about the experiences people have here in every part of the building. Every one of the 40+ coaches working here cares immensly about how people are treated here. We care about you and all the children that we serve.
