We called Parsons Mechanical for a service of our HVAC system and a buzz in the breaker box (found through a home inspection). The owner of Parsons Mechanical is who arrived the next day and within the time frame he had said. He was clean, neatly dressed, very friendly with a good sense of humor and thorough. He listened to what we needed and performed the service to our expectations. He could have charged us for a breaker; however he switched it out with another already in the box to see if maybe it was a ""fit"" issue and it solved the noise. Nice to save dollars in today's economy. \r

He then explained in detail how to fix the insulation on the pipes from the unit into the house and he did not catch an attiude that we we said we wanted to perform the repair ourselves to save money. \r

He can do both electrical and HVAC (I think his card even says he does plumbing) which was a great plus as it saved us two service call fees.
Pros: Next day service, professional and friendly attitude.
