I had the Brazilian Keratin Treatment done by Rafael today on I my super tight, curly hair. He was very gentle with my hair and made sure not to hurt me. The process went smoothly and my hair looks and feels AMAZING. I had to ask him ""Are you sure this is my hair?"" just to make sure. I forgot who I was for a second. He also trimmed it to make it even and I will be going back in the future. I realized after I left that I forgot to give a tip because I was so excited about my hair, but I won't forget next time because he deserves it!
