I will say that I'm glad this place is there when there are no other options for pet care, however...The desk staff are extremely rude. My total bill was right at $1000 and it scares me to think what I would have done if I hadn't had the money. They would have turned me away. I feel like they are all about money and not about your animal. I realize this is a business, but I paid a lot of money for rude staff. The veterinarians were very nice and helpful, and like I said, I'm glad they were there. It just wouldn't hurt for the front desk staff to have some people skills. You can still ask for money and turn people away and be nice about it.
