Took two different cars there for inspection and had problems both times. Had to take the first one back twice for re-inspection because they didn't disclose all the problems the first time. With the second car, I dropped it off at 10:30am and they told me it would be ready by 1:30 and it wasn't ready until 4:30. In addition the service technition did not set the emergency brake (manual transmission) and left sweat stains all over my windshield. While I was in there this second time I noticed that there were several people bringing their cars back because the repairs were not completed correctly the first time. If you like Firestone, I would suggest looking for a better location in the area.
