I have bought 3 cars from Hinshaw's Honda and have left with a smile on my face every time. They have very competitive pricing with other dealers and offer services that the other dealers don't have, like loaner cars. I also REALLY like that if I drive down there for a service, they wash and vacuume my car for me. I will be back to buy again in the future and would tell everyone that I know to shop there if they are looking for a new Honda or even a quality used vehicle.
Pros: Staff that cares and knows their product
Cons: Not close to home for me

i love to take my car here because they seem to know so much about foreign cars. Since i drive a volkswagon it helps me out alot because i do not know much about fixing cars. The people who work there are really great and I love their service. If you have a foreign car and are not sure where to get it fixed this is the place i would suggest.

I have been very disappointed in the past with shops who just do not give good customer service...not the case with this place. They went out of their way to help me with my problems, and I was surprised (pleasantly!) when they gave me an estimate AND it was the same amount when they gave me the bill!
Dan and Mary (the owners) were there and took the time to make me feel good about doing business with them. I was surprised that they are more than just tires and do most everything I would need on my car. Thanks! John W.

Well the place is great, its like a junkyard, store and used dealer for all things motorcycle. Over all the staff is great but the owner of the northern store is a jerk. When I went there as a teen he called me a theif and acused my mother of peeling the tag off a part to get a discount. Needless to say I don't give him any buisness unless I need to. I would say that it a good store for anyone in the biking comunity to know.

What a friendly team of sales people without the expected pushy atmosphere of some dealerships. Our family has purchased two used vehicles here, and traded in two. We got fair deals on all 4 transactions, and have been very pleased with the car and the truck. The service department was prompt and informative with any issues.

We've bought two Plymouth minivans from this dealership, and had both serviced there because their service department is so clean, professional and accessible. If we were in the market for another minivan, we'd definitely go here. But there aren't really Chrysler vehicles that suit our needs now. I noticed very recently that they've moved down the street to a new location, but I'm sure the new location is as good or better than the old one.
