Good: Very personal dispatchers. Very friendly. Very honest on what time my cab would be there, said that there were 6 cabs out and they were tied up, but it would be a 1/2 hour wait but guaranteed that my cab would be there.. Bad: I wanted a cab immediately. Dispatcher explained that there were 6 cabs running at the moment, and they were tied up with other valuable customers, and that it would be a half hour.. Improvements: To be able to get a cab immediately.. Other: The driver got out of his cab to greet me at my door; he also help load, and unload my groceries (carrying them to my front door), and he also made suggestions on which route to take that would cost less. I would use them again, and recommend them to any one else..

Have used Best Moving Service twice now. They've been great both times and charge a reasonable rate. They even took apart a desk for us that we did not have the right sized tool for. They rock. Very careful and thoughtful with your belongings.

This is a great place to get away without getting too far away. it is located just five minutes from shopping and stores such as Costco, Cash and Carry, and Home Depot.
Great for group retreats and camps. Recreation including swimming, canoeing, volleyball, basketball and soccer. Covered basketball courts/ sport court for winter and fall.
Kitchen on site with fireplace in dining area... bring your own cooks and save money.
This is a great bargain... reserve early. Also has very strong and supportive on site management team.

This place is really old and dirty looking. The prices on the hotel rooms are really cheap so all the parties end up there. The place is loud and it made it hard to relax. There is nothing special about this place. The people who run it are mean and make you want to leave right away. It is not a place i would recommend to stay at.

The worst service we have ever experienced. Love travel in Auburn Washington booked a 21 day Europe excursion, They botched Most all the hotel dates, We were left in the lurch with no rooms at three locations, We found out that they booked some of the rooms at second rate prices in trade for point for future clients to be sent that way, We had to pay the difference when we got there, Three flight reservations were booked in the wrong name all together, They apparently crossed our names with a different client and that client had our bookings. There is so many ways Margaret screwed this trip up its to much to list here. In the end it cost us over 2200.00 US dollars to fix there screw ups along the way. They refused to reimburse us when we returned and was hung up on every time we called after we indicated we wanted a refund for just there mistakes.Margaret said at one point " What do you want now its done and your home now this is not a store we don't negotiate after the fact" We took her and Love Travel to court, (AS WELL THE ABOVE OTHER CLIENT THAT GOT OUR DATES JOINED US IN COURT, HE WON AS WELL) We won every penny back. $2,465.00
They refused to pay after the judgment and we had to execute a second court case to force payment. We got it but it was a long time to come and the pains of all the court dates were costly in time.
Bottom line, Do some research on these folks, There is a host of other similar complaints about Margaret and Love Travel at 218 E. Main St Auburn, WA 98002.
There are many other agents out there so don't take the chance on these guys, The odds are not in your favor.
