I've been to Pep Boys and other similar suppliers/servicers before. I have never had such a rude person as I did when I went yesterday. He acted like it was my fault he was in a bad mood and tried to help, but it was the wrong thing (which I paid for, but remained hopeful and positive). When I set up an appointment to find out what the problem was, he neglected to inform me that I had to leave my car there for a few hours. So, when I showed up for my appointment, (besides having to wait ten minutes to speak to someone about it) he told me I had to leave the car as it would take a few hours. Needless to say I went elsewhere. I recommend pep boys, but definitely not this one.
