After reading reviews on here we were wary about buying our stroller from Berstrom. But since they were the only people to carry the brand we wanted we didn't have much choice. We deliberately choose one in stock so we were nervous when the stroller had faults (not Bergstrom's fault) and I needed to call them about exchanging it. Although their exchange policy is short (within 14 days) they were very helpful about exchanging the stroller without question. I spoke to several managers and was impressed by their service.
