My seasonal allergies were painfully irritating, frustrating, and utterly miserable. I heard others had success with the shot, so I gave it a try. I was surprised when I learned the time committment required to build immunity to my allergens, but It's been 1 yr now, and my experience thus far this season has been phenomenal. It doesn't knock out every little sensation, and you'll likely still need a pill, but I no longer despise going outside, and can carry on my life without a box of tissues. I would encourage the shot to anyone with a comparably miserable experience during the season. In the end, it's quite worth the time.

Cons: Allergy shots a big time committment, but very effective
