This is my second experience with Friendly Mortgage, and I am very satisfied with the service and results. Steve found us a mortgage for an investment property a few years ago and was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. This time we worked with Lam and Liz on our refinance. Lam made sure we were getting the best deal by keeping his eye on the rates for about a week until we were ready to lock in. He didn't hesitate to revise the estimate a few times until we were happy with the numbers....(sorry, I am an indecisive Libra..!)
I would definitely recommend Friendly Mortgage.
Pros: They made the process painless
Cons: The only con is that I did not meet Lam and Liz in person
