I am not local and called Melrose Florist to send a bouquet to my sister at UW Medical Center. I didn't realize that she could not have flowers, but Melrose Florist worked with me to put together silk flowers and balloons instead. After some bad experiences with other florists, I really appreciated the great customer service. My sister loved the gift that was delivered.
