After neglecting my hair, a cut was past due, my head was in need of reshaping, crisper frame, and dead hair removal. This Regis Salon was quite accommodating and welcoming, and it helps that I went on a Monday after lunch, with little traffic. I've experienced similar service and technique for MUCH more $! Shelby was exceptional, insightful, honest, and scissored my hair to a healthy, vibrant mass of curls. I haven't had my curly top restored so well in over 10 years, including 3 good salons in Raleigh, 2 in Durham, 2 in Virginia Beach, and 1 in Baltimore! Shelby emphasized tips, layers, and created magic from the brief problems and goals I presented her. I was open to chopping many inches if need be to cut back to healthy hair-shaft, but there was no need, as she made the most of what I have. Thank you so much Shelby! And I appreciate the free gift...great marketing strategy :] I see poppin color in my future...
