I cannot speak for the other branches, but the farragut one is horrible. The dentist and staff yell at you and talk to you like you are retarded. ( I have a BS, so I REALLY don't appreciate this.) Also you have to wait a long time to be seen, then are rushed through the appointment. They also sneak things in on you that insurance does not pay for, and say you have expensive things wrong that you really don't. (Get a second opinion.) Also they don't want to deal with you once they get their money. Sometimes you need follow up things done that they refuse to do.
