I think they are all are a bunch of theives for continuing to take people's money knowing they will be going out of business a couple of months later. I have been trying since May of '07 to redeem gift certificates for the spa. I have yet to receive any response from any representative from Georgette Klinger.They are all despicable for treating the public like they don't even matter. I have lodged my complaints to the Better Better Bureau and I urge anyone else who got stuck with gift certificates to do the same.
