Installed ac heating unit in new home, has never worked right, several service calls made, always rude to customer. 3 yrs later still not working right, they won't stand behind their equipment, office staff and tech have poor customer service skills. This company should be put out of business. Have filed a complaint with the BBB. Placing a sign in my yard also to let people know how horrible this company is.
