I've been to this shop twice now and it has a fairly decent selection of used and new bike, but if you don't know what you are looking for or know much about bikes then I would suggest doing your homework before going, because their customer service staff makes you feel like your annoying them when asking any questions. They would much rather talk on the phone or to other staff to talk to you.
The prices are a little on the high side, which I am ok with. I would rather pay a few dollars more to locally owned store then a Walmart, Target or Sport Authority.
This company lost 1 1/2 stars for their customer service and 1 1/2 star for their lack of professionalism.
Pros: Good selection of bikes
Cons: Poor customer service
