I took my new car for new rims and tires. They took a scape brush to my rotors to force me to buy new ones. When I confronted the manager, he asked me to prove it. Well my car only had 20,000 miles on it. I took it to the dealer. They told me it looked like someone took a scrape brush to it. I had only been to tire works since I bought the car. Can I prove it? No sorry I dont have a cam in my engine. But, I know in my heart they did it.
