I have been dealing with this company for almost 4 years because my home was installed with their system and I have been too lazy to switch. Their receptionist is the rudest woman on the planet. From day one, every time I call she sounds annoyed and doesn't try to hide her annoyance with me. The long term problem was getting yard signs. The day I moved in to my house I was told the signs would be dropped off and it took about 3 years of phone calls, emails and letters to finally receive them. The receptionist gave me every excuse like they were out or they were on order or when they were in the neighborhood I would receive them. I even had my mother call which partially worked because later that week I received some window stickers in the mail. Today was the final straw when the receptionist said my credit card didn't work because their system won't take debit cards ""sometimes"". I asked her to try again since it is the way I have payed my bill every quarter for 4 years. After an argument she agreed to try it once more and it didn't work again. She then asked why I couldn't just write a check? I said I prefer to pay over the phone with my debit card because it's faster. I finally backed down and said I would send a check but asked if she could send the invoice with an envelope. She then has the nerve to say ""Well I don't know why you can't find your own envelope but whatever"". I was practically in tears at that point( I'm 8 months pregnant I might add). I could come up with many more instances but you get the point. I realized is it now time to switch companies because I don't need the stress of this unhappy woman for one more day.
