Wanted to get a diamond ring sized and a diamond bracelet repaired. When I called the woman told me she was ""too busy to talk to me"". When I asked her to call me back or if I called her in an hour would that be okay for her. Just just kept telling me ""I am too busy, I can't talk to you."" Then, I was foolish enough to go in person. I got the same treatment! I wasn't greeted and when I finally said, ""Good morning"" she responded with ""I'll be with you in a while. I am too busy right now. I can't help you."" RUDE RUDE RUDE and CLEARLY DID NOT WANT MY BUSINESS!!
