Apparently things have changed at this vet, because the secretary is always rude, condescending and unprofessional both in the clinic and on the phone. They thought a giant german shepherd attacking my 5 month old pup was hilarious because apparently the shepherd is ""such a character"" and ""can't help that he's such a big tough guy."" I went back another time with my other dog and when dog came in the door he jumped on mine, which was fine because he was just excited and wanted to play, but the dog broke his flimsy retractable leash and when one of the vets/vet techs saw it happened she screamed at to ""get my dog under control or leave"" when my dog was not the one that was being hyper. I will not be taking my dog back there again, and I have found a new vet whose staff has been fantastic at the Three Chopt Animal Clinic.
Pros: Able to get in relatively quickly when scheduling an appointment
Cons: Rude and cold staff, gives improper instructions on dog care
