H.L. Clayes is a wholesale plumbing and heating supplier. I had recently renovated three bathrooms and needed help with a "turn-key" system for each. This included toilets, bath tub, shower, faucets, etc. They had provided everything, within our budget constraints. Their salesmen know their products and can help with everything. They provided all valves, diverters and every little screw/nut we required. In addition, their parts department is teriffic. I have been dealing with them for years and they not only sell me the parts, but tell me how to install them. I have even brought in a digital picture of my plumbing work and they provided what I needed (including verbal instructions) to do the work. With their service and prices that compare to (or are better than) anyone, I would not go anyplace else!

I like shopping here because they have lots of home items, but not so much that I get lost. It's well organized, and the staff is knowledgeable about the products. They've got a nice selection of painting items, which is why I was there last. The paint they mixed for me was perfect, and they were even able to help me decide how much I needed so I didn't buy way too much.

I could spend hours wandering around Lowes looking at all the stuff I'd like to do in my house. They have everything, and their staff is always willing to answer any questions you might have about any home improvement projects. They don't have a great selection of metric fasteners though, and some things get moved around and they're hard to find, like their childproofing stuff. But their staff helped us find it!
PROS: They have everything for you home projects
CONS: Hard to find some smaller items

This gas station is located at 13 Mile Road and Hayes. This is always a very busy station, either at 7:00 a.m. in the morning, or 10:00 p.m. at night. The customer service is always good there though. A very good group of people that work there. This station is also very clean, inside and outside. There is always a good selection of pop, juice, candy, or breakfast food as well.
PROS: Location and service
CONS: None that I can think of

home into a very small apartment because of a divorce and I had little money.
I had no choice but to sell my items to survive at that time. I gave up a china
cabinet, a roll top desk top, a curio cabinet full of precious moments collectibles, all sorts of crystal and plates, silver. You name it. Now you can't expect top dollar from a person who buys out estates. Fred did come
out to my home, gave me a few figures and he pretty much did his part. Away
went my beloved belongings and I had the money that I needed. Still, yea,
I cried.

I was a loyal customer of Hillcreast Cleaners before I moved, now it's just not so convenient for me to use them anymore.. my parents still do use them though.. I always took all my special occassion clothes here to be cleaned, the staff was always friendly, quick to do their job, the language barrier at times might a little difficult, but not too bad.. I even had them clean and preserve my wedding dress after my wedding, it was so dirty and they made it sparkle.. they took care of it and their prices are VERY reasonable.. I got quotes upwards of a couple hundred dollars for my dress, they only charged me $100, which I thought was a steal.. I do recommend them!

In the past we have had some major issues with trees. It seemed like one would be taken car of then we would have another one with a problem. Finally we found Branch Tree Service. They were so professional and determined to fix our problem. They got our tree down and had no problem grinding up the stump. Some companies will not grind up the stump so this was a concern of ours. Their prices seemed to be about average as well. They did a really terrific job.
