I used Valvoline Instant Oil Change on 13 Mile for years, it was close to home and work.. I was always very happy with the service.. if you had to wait for a bay to open it was never long.. the workers were always friendly to me and did their job correctly and promptly.. their price is lower then average and they make sure to top off all your fluids and check our tire pressure.. I moved and needed my first oil change so I went somewhere by my house and I was not nearly as happy as I was all the times when I left Valvoline.. I just didn't feel I got the service for the price I was charged, and I always felt Valvoline was justified in charging what they did.. so needless to say next time I need my oil changed I will be going back here to Valvoline.. they are a good company and have many locations in Metro Detroit to serve you!

We have visited this center a few times over the years, for a variety of reasons. One was for transmission work. They were very helpful and courteous. The work was done as promised, and the car delivered on time, as promised. They accept all kinds of payments. They are located on 9 Mile Road in Warren. Can't miss them. Parking is sparce but you don't usually stay long anyway. Just long enough to leave your car.

George Brown was assigned to me as the sales man and he was by far the nicest and easiest to deal with of any sales person I have ever talked to. I have been to Midas about 10 times with my old cars. Each time they have explained to me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, in plain English, what needed to be done to fix the problem, and the actual cost to do the repairs. The price is usually very reasonable. They always have my car ready when they sat it will be. The business is clean and the employees are friendly and polite. I would reccommend them to anyone.
