I rented in july and i regret working with them. From the unprofessional staff and disgusting garbage situation. Apparently when someone checks out of house Durkin Cottages does not pick up the trash. So for 3 days we had to deal with the smell of rotting fish and other seafood, and since the garbage cans were full we had nowhere to secure our garbage which led to animals in the garbage . When I called the office I was told im going to have to wait until monday when the trash is picked up.
