I had been working in the legal field sporadically, with some pretty big gaps. I wasn?t really confident of my ability to jump back into the field. I wasn't sure about temping but after doing it, I feel that it's a great way to get a feel for firm culture, expectations, work environment and future opportunities. I learned a lot about what I was most interested in from temping and it gave me ideas for what direction I wanted my career to take. It also gave me a great opportunity really shine and put my best foot forward, which can lead to a permanent offer. It did for me!
