I was assigned the task of gathering some info on a short vacation to Mexico for a group of friends. This was my first time working with a travel agent to book a trip and I must say, it was an AWESOME experience. Debbi (yes, Debbi with no ""e"" at the end) was so easy to work with and very paitent with me. She answered all of my questions promptly whether they were by email or on the phone. We originally started with a group of 8 travelers and Debbi was so accomodating when that number grew to 14! Once initial payments were made, I had my intinerary the next day. Top notch service! I will definitely work with Sunshine Travel again in the future I have already recommended Debbi Haney to family members.
