the first 10 years was nice with the past owners if there was a problem they would fix it. 2 years ago they sold to Banner property's and the management sucks.no one knows anything. there more worried about improving the office appearance than any of the units. also heard from another tenant that there trying to withhold security deposits example not cleaning carpets not filling in nail holes and burnt out light bulb.there is more than this in there new leases.with a list of charges If you have kids consider living somewhere else they want to give fines up to $25.00 if they are caught bouncing balls, riding bike through or cutting thru the parking lot, skateboarding or outside congregating. one neighbor in particular is constanly telling kids to get out of courtyards cause there to noisy when the parents want there kids right there in calling distance. this is terrible because the kids are in there own courtyard of there apartment.We have had our own Dryer for a few years and pay for i
