My husband & I stopped into this Braum's tonight to have burgers and ice cream. While the place was very dirty with unwiped tables and trash all over the floor everywhere, we chalked it up to being late Sunday evening & had probably been ""slammed"". While we ordered our food from a very friendly & helpful young lady named Janeth we noticed 3 other employees ""taking a break"". We got our burgers (they were very delish) & while we ate we could not help but overhear the other employees ""cutting up"" & laughing about one of the girls (later heard her called Molly) ""new tattoo"" near her groin area. I had my back to them but my husband watched as this ""young lady"" made several trips back & forth to the work area and cash register. At one point she came back to the table with a tube of ointment and proceeded to ""doctor"" her area of concern. At this point my husband was getting alittle upset because this ""lady"" NEVER washed her hands. We finished our burgers & I ordered our ice cream from Janeth as she was (thankfully) the only one behind the counter. While she was making my order she called for backup as there were people in line behind me. To my amazement, this same ""lady"" walked up to the counter WITH HER FINGER ON HER TATTOO!!! and took the order from the people behind me & started to make the order! I could not remain quiet so I whispered to Janeth that she needed to remind Molly to wash her hands & told her why. Janeth whispered to Molly that she needed to wash her hands before proceeding and, again to my amazement, Molly shrugged her shoulders and continued to make the order!!!!! I was absolutely appalled. I told Janeth that if I had been a ""secret shopper"" they would have FAILED! Don't know who the young man was that was sitting with Molley & the other girl but my husband got the impression he might have been the nite manager. If he was he sure didn't act like one. They should have been cleaning up at least! Don't think I will ever go back to this Braums!
