I went to this ""spa"" because my friend said she used to go here when she was in high school. Well, it seems that the years have not been kind to the place that once was "":the place"" to go in Grand Haven. The building it is in is a ghost town!! Once I found the place, the ""waiting room??"""" is in the hallway!! I went for a haircut which was ok and the stylist was nice enough. The salon just is not tidy at all. They have shampoo bottles crammed in the window sills and nail tables jammed in the reception area. Some of the employees had an ""80's"" or ""I'm old and trying to be hip"" look to them. I'll make sure I get my haircut in Kansas City before I travel for vacation next year!
Pros: Located downtown, neat historic building
Cons: Desserted!, ""outdated"" staff, un-tidy atmosphere
