As I walked into his office I was greeted by the front office and was then brought back not too long after by the Patient Coordinator . By this time I felt very comfortable and relaxed as the doctor walked in. It seemed as if we made a connection and he made me feel very comfortable. He answered all my questions and I was very informed of the surgical procedure. After reviewing his website and finally meeting him I knew at that moment that he was the right doctor for me. I trusted his expertise and his staff was very pleasant. The financing process was made very easy for me and before I knew it I was set up and ready to go for surgery within a few weeks. My results are amazing and my husband is very thankful. I would highly recommend Dr. Mark Schusterman to all my friends and family. He has made this whole process a very easy process and I am very thankful.
Pros: Educated me about the procedure. Highly qualified doctor. Great results.
Cons: Parking can be a bit crazy at times but he is in the Medical Center.
